EDUCATION MOVES US
We are learning creatures. It has been said that the human brain may have as much as 2.5 petabytes of storage space in it (don’t worry, we googled and found out that that is roughly 2.5 million gigabytes). For a comparison, your I-phone only comes in 64, 256, or 512 gigabytes.
When it comes to exercise science there are two distinct methods of learning:
1. Traditional Learning (Read, Write, Listen, Talk)
2. Movement Itself
At CoreStrength1 we will work to deliver our education in both formats whenever possible. We want you to see us as an education outlet and not just an equipment company. We may make a few products, and of course we hope to sell them, but our goal is to elevate the industry, the trainers, and the clients that trust them in every way possible.
Our education will dive into topics such as:
– Program Design
– Exercise Variability
– Strength and Power Adaptations
– Combat Sports and Conditioning
– Mobility and Stability of the Joint Systems
– Coaching Cues and Psychology of Change
– Kinesiology and Progressive Overload
– and more…
Everything that we do at CS1 is with the intent to move us, move you, and move our industry. For that reason, we’ve partnered with industry leading education services such as PTontheNET and PTAGlobal in order to deliver our content to millions of trainers around the world.

We’ve also learned that you want to learn directly from us and so we’ll be launching our Live-Education series and Master Trainer certifications in 2019. We want to meet you, work with you, and help you elevate your game to the next level, so that your clients can receive the same growth!
We’ll also be launching blogs, short video series, and other content to keep you excited about CS1 and all that we are accomplishing.
Remember, we are all in this together.
Our Mission at CS1
“We will deliver the most accurate information regarding the field of exercise science while also creating high-quality takeaways that improve the trainer and in-turn improve the clients they work with. Regardless of whether you purchase a CS1 system from us – we take your education very seriously and will honor your commitment to growth by doing things the right way, ONLY and ALWAYS.
Kevin Mullins, CSCS
Senior Director of Education and Programming
The CS1 is all of the things we say it is in our marketing copy, but it is also so much more. I signed on board to become the Senior Director of Education for the brand because I felt a rush of creative energy come over me when I first encountered the unit. As a coach I prioritize my client’s results above all other things – and that’s why I believe the CS1, and all of its possibility, is good for the industry, great for trainers, and perfect for clients of all ability levels.

His time working companies such as Equinox, Sports Club/LA, and Gold’s Gym have allowed him the opportunity to see and coach thousands of people in his career and understand what works and what doesn’t.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Kinesiology, is a NSCA CSCS, ISSA CPT, Pn1, USAW1, Schwinn Cycle, and an Equinox Master Instructor. He is the author of the top-selling fitness book Day by Day: The Personal Trainer’s Blueprint to Achieving Ultimate Success and has been featured in Men’s Health, the PTDC, PTontheNET, and the Washington Post.
His philosophy is simple: Master the sciences that drive the field while developing your own artistic touch. Honor the rules of the road but feel free to drive a little crazy once you’ve earned the right. But no matter what – put the client first.
